Here at Let’s Dance we believe in running our retreats in a friendly and fun way, but we do need to have a few simple rules to keep things clear for everyone.
By booking on one of our retreats you agree to the following terms and conditions
You give us permission to process and store your information securely.
You agree that we can e-mail you with offers and information.
You agree that you will sign a waiver prior to participating in any retreat. A copy can be viewed here.
We agree that if you need to cancel more than 12 weeks before the ballet weekend starts you will get a refund less 10% admin fee. If you need to cancel less than 12 weeks before the weekend you will get a refund, less 10% admin fee only if I can fill your place.
You agree that you will respect the other dancers and behave appropriately.
We advise that you take your own travel, health and cancellation insurance at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to change the professional teacher due to injury or illness
Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited number of places and the advance costs involved in organising each ballet retreat, all bookings are subject to the following cancellation terms:
Cancellations made more than 12 weeks before the retreat start date will receive a refund minus a 10% administration fee.
Cancellations made within 12 weeks of the retreat start date are non-refundable under any circumstances.
This policy applies regardless of whether the cancelled place is subsequently filled.
